Mr. Noel is a former lawyer and international business manager with more than 28 years of experience in leadership roles for exchange-listed mineral companies from start-ups through exploration and pre-development. He is currently the Director At Large For Governance at CIM’s Newfoundland and Labrador Branch, and a member of the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador.
