Ms. Russell, CPA (CA) is the Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of Vulcan Minerals Inc. She has held this position since 2021. Ms. Russell leads Vulcan’s financial strategy, performance, reporting as well as treasury, controller and audit operations. Gillian has over 25 years in similar roles in both the private and public industries. She earned a Bachelor of Commerce from Memorial University of Newfoundland and is a member of the Association of Chartered Professional Accountants of Newfoundland and Labrador.
